Rene is an experienced and professional realtor who listens and cares about her clients. I have worked with other realtors in other states in the past but Rene is by far my absolute favorite. She is responsive, patient, analytical and a tough negotiator. She educated us about the market and comps in the area, as well as the inner workings of the house itself. I was always worried about taking up too much of her time, but she never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. She helped us narrow down what was most important to us, find out as much information as possible and then trust in ourselves when it was time to make a decision. She fought for us while at the same time staying completely respectful and professional to the other agents. I highly recommend her if you’re looking to buy or sell in the surrounding Indy area.
